Ordering

How do I place a custom order? Message us on WhatsApp with what you'd like — names, colours, or a custom design — and we'll confirm the details before we start. Start a custom order

What payment methods do you accept? All major payment methods available at checkout, shown at the bottom of the site.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Contact us as soon as possible at wesrob1988@hotmail.com or on WhatsApp — we can usually make changes if your order hasn't been dispatched yet.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take? Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery usually takes a further 2–5 business days, depending on your location within South Africa.

Do you ship nationwide? Yes, we currently ship nationwide within South Africa.

Is delivery free? Free Pudo delivery applies on orders over R500 (see the banner at the top of the site for current terms).

Will I get a tracking number? Yes — once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Products & Materials

What are your products made from? Many of our products are 3D printed and made locally in South Africa, which is what allows us to offer unique, personalised designs you won't find in typical retail stores.

Can I customise a product with my own name or design? Many of our items can be personalised. Message us on WhatsApp with what you have in mind and we'll let you know what's possible.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Can I return a custom or personalised item? No — custom and personalised products can't be returned, since they're made specifically for you.

How do I start a return? Email us at wesrob1988@hotmail.com and we'll guide you through the process.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong? Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at wesrob1988@hotmail.com if there's a problem — we'll sort it out.
